Day Two

31^st July

Hey peoples! Just in case you don’t recognize this awesome writing, this is Annie and Alisha! Today we were in charge of Leonardo Di Vinci and taking photos of him with his new besties! (us) We visited the Eiffel Tower and played hide and seek with him in the park (There will be a photo of him in the blog of his best hiding place in a tree, try and find him!  PS: look for a white oldy beard!)

We then took Leonardo on a tour around the city of lights/love. We stopped at the Notre Dame and some of the group entered the Notre Dame and others went souvenir hunting!!(Annie and I went shopping!!) After our awesome purchases, we went back on the bus and drove to the Sacre Coeur. We had to climb up hundreds of stairs but it was worth it! The view was amazing! Everyone then scattered to find lunch.

Now, this is Alisha talking. During lunch I smashed a glass, sooooooo embarrassing that I even started crying. Afterwards I ordered my food and the French waiter saw me crying and then kissed me on the cheek!!!! Ugh, he did it twice because parents wanted photos!! Also, during lunch some people tried frogs legs and snails for the first time! Apparently it tasted like chicken!! Back over to Annie: We then went back on the bus straight to a lovely venue where we sang!

After the performance: the performance was great, we actually had an audience!!! YAY!!  We performed all of our rehearsed songs apart from the evensongs. After the performance some people changed their tops because it was BOILING!! Afterwards we got on the bus and drove to a restaurant.

Dinner was a lot better than last night. For starters we had salad, which we didn’t exactly enjoy… For mains we had pasta and meatballs. It was fantastic. For dessert we had Apple Pie. It was a little burnt and crisp on the sides though. Afterwards we went back to the Sacre Coures. The view was amazing. We had a quick tour of Paris by night and went to bed. Love Annie and Alisha.
